Help me to help you ….please, please, please When sending your clothes to be ironed, ensure that they are:
- The right way round (not inside out - unless this is required EG: cord, suede ,black items)
- Buttons are undone
- Everything is folded
- Appropriate hangers have been provided
Customers are asked to provide appropriate hangers for any garments they wish to be returned hanged.
Dresses, tops, blouses, shirts, tee shirts |
Skirts, trousers, shorts, curtains |
If items are received damaged in anyway, it will be at our discretion whether it gets ironed or not. It’s great to receive your favorite old tee shirt as long as you know that it has a ripped seem or a hole in it. I would hate for you to think that it was damaged by us.
If you do receive your ironing back and you are unhappy with it, please say so as we are only too happy to re iron it.
Clients who chose to have their ironing folded have to accept a certain amount of creasing due to the folds.
Handy hints and tips……
Don’t over dry! Especially shirts, even if this mean taking them out of the drier 10 minutes early. Shirts that have their buttons undone and their sleeves rolled down before washing will wash better, smell better and iron better.
